In regard to taxing capital gains as ordinary income (Harris policy), UK is planning the same thing. Here is an article on pitfalls which applies to us as well.

Add it all up, and one point is surely clear. We will get little, if any, of the gain from the tax raid, because people are sensitive to these changes. But we will get all of the pain. In reality, it has already flopped — and will just worsen the fiscal crunch the country faces.

It's very obvious to folks who have lived with an alcoholic, but aren't one themselves. You can see it in her behavior, movements, talk. Her general demeanor. It was really obvious when she was outside the DNC talking to those high school girls. And you could see those girls reacting, they knew she was drunk. There are tons of videos of her where she is obviously drunk.

If not, she has some other condition that is being hidden from the public. Oh for the good old days when the media would have outed this....
