I suspect you are correct IF the Russian army stays intact. However I think there is a growing possibility that organization could partly or completely collapse under the pressure of the Ukrainian offensive and the continuing blunders of it's leadership. If that happened Crimea could be vulnerable to a push by the Ukrainians.Crimea and the Kerch bridge are a bridge too far. But I wish it would happen, as you suggest.
Blackrock/Vanguard are playing the ESG card with major banks. Banks will not lend to O&G independents. Independents are the ones that find most of the new fields in America. It truly boggles my mind that the companies managing retirement funds are handcuffing an industry which can generate significant returns to their retirees, but it is definitely happening in the oil patch today. Nothing short of lawsuits, major board shakeups or government regulation will alleviate the slow strangulation of the O&G industry from the capital markets.
The trouble is, when the right is in power, they get persuaded to drop anything prosecutorial "in order to shore up peace and unity in the nation." And the idiots fall for it every time. Plus few of them have the guts for it in the first place. (But we see the witch hunts the left jumps on when they are in charge)When the Republicans take over the House in the upcoming midterms, they'll be in charge of committees who can investigate things that the leftwing media and the Brandon administration have quashed over the last two years. They'll have subpoena powers. In this case, individuals have come forward with information given to Senator Rand Paul and others about Fauci's knowledge of the unauthorized "gain of function" Corona Virus research conducted at the Wuhan lab and the illegal funding given to the lab by the NIH. Fauci has repeatedly denied knowing anything about either.
Nice to see Louisiana shoving ESG back down Blackrock's throat. Perhaps more entities should follow Louisiana's lead.

Louisiana divests from BlackRock over ESG policies: 'Would destroy Louisiana’s economy'
Louisiana Treasurer John Schroder informed BlackRock that his state would divest nearly $800 million from the firm's funds over its and ESG policies.www.foxbusiness.com
But politics being politics I doubt much will happen. There will be some saber rattling and a lot of hot air but not much substance. There is too much dirt on both sides that neither wants to come to light. And the lamescream media won't lift a finger to report any of it, either.I'm not so sure that other countries will be badgering the US any time soon on these election irregularities or even fraud. It often has been the Democrats who were the biggest supporters of the wrong people in African states. Rather those leaders will look at what happened in the US and will think "if they can get away with it, so should I" and then hire a Democrat advisor to help organize elections.
Whatever happened, fraud or not, consequential or not, in such a tense and polar election every effort should be made by the apparent victor to investigate any and all accusations of irregularities or fraud. Not taking such matters seriously, too quickly trying to say "nothing to see here, move along" is hurting the process much more, than having a thorough review.
As is often said, those who have nothing to hide, will not impede an investigation. And for the most important election in the world, there had better be 100% transparency and validity. No nation can survive, when the trust by its people in their governing bodies is lost.
You have a REALLY VALID point here! Look at all the Republicans who jumped ship when and after Trump was President. The "Lincoln Project", the "Jan. 6 Committee (Witch hunt)", etc., etc. The Demorats are almost always in lock step with their radical agenda(s). When there is ONLY Manchin and Sinema voting against or at least questioning the Demorats agenda and bills out of ALL the Demorats in Congress, I see that as a HUGE problem for America, because there are no MODERATE Demorats left! That's why they ALL need to go!The trouble is, when the right is in power, they get persuaded to drop anything prosecutorial "in order to shore up peace and unity in the nation." And the idiots fall for it every time. Plus few of them have the guts for it in the first place. (But we see the witch hunts the left jumps on when they are in charge)
Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnel protected the interest of those who made them filthy rich, and in doing so ensured no good legislation made it to the floor for a vote, yet alone sent to Trump for a signature. Also don't forget that the R's had controll of both houses in 2017 and 2018 and basically did nothing but fight amongst themselves.
