The minimum wage would be $30.00 an hour, "free" medical care for everyone, guaranteed income, free controlled substances and safe spaces to use them, no jail time for most crimes (probation and parole), eliminate bail (just promise you'll be back for the trial), control of the internet (forget free speech, oh yeah, California attempted this by law) and last but not least, gas would be ten bucks a gallon, got to keep that global warming scam going.
We've got maybe fifty years of freedom remaining. After that, it's all over but the crying.

I have bad news for you, it's not 50 years away. We already have no jail time for most crimes, and one Federal Judge in Houston has already said cash bonds for most misdemeanors is unconstitutional as it's unfair to the poor who can't make a bond - coming to your state soon. (Fifth Circuit upheld most of the ruling but sent it back for some minor changes)

I don't agree with Trump on commuting the prison sentences of non violent offenders. Obama released over a 1000 of them. How many of them are back on the streets, doing what put them in prison the first time around?

Way back when I lived in the Canal Zone, one word that kept the crime rate down in Panama proper, was Coiba. If one was sent there, he was in deep doo doo.

SA has the same problem with criminals. It seems government prefer to take the soft approach to criminals when they run the risk of ending up there themselves...

I like the way some African countries handle criminals:
Violently resisting arrest or being a danger to society =elimination.

Going to prison, is a death sentence if you don't have outside support. The jails provide criminals with water & shelter from most of the elements.
All the prisons I have seen have gardens & grow their own food.
It isn't uncommon to see prisoners doing labor in exchange for rations.

This ensures a very low inmate population & a healthy respect for law & life.
Granted the system isn't flawless as a result of the typical African corruption BS, but it sure has reduced serious & violent crimes.
Unfortunately 99% of the time when a serious crime has been committed, some government officials are involved & makes it very difficult to bring those responsible to justice.

Reality of this is down right scary and rightfully so. The socialist machine is grinding away on our youth and society as a whole. Powered by feelings and lucky charms.
Don't consider myself a overly paranoid person but the thought process and beliefs on what America is/should be by some folks is mind numbing to me. I always tell my son that to have a useful debate you gotta try to understand your components mind set. With some of these groups no matter how hard I really do try it's a complete bust. Hard to find common ground with some whose IQ is hovering right around room temperature.
Keep digging in those heels folks!
