I think the drones might be coming from a farm in Grovers Mill, New Jersey? The Death Spell Caster posting on here says so. LOLThere’s some bs going on there, someone is having a bit of sport. Those big ones can be tracked. Airport Surveillance Radar can track a couple geese. And that’s old tech.
Yes, this was 2017-2018 the US Army sent in some Bad Hombres to kill every ISIS member they could find. And they laid waste to most of them and ElBagdadi.
You didn’t hear much about it unfortunately. those guys deserve to be recognized for killing a lot of ISIS fighters on their own ground
I understand the angle and concern of the drones "sniffing" for radiation but if someone was at a sufficiently capable level to get a nuke or dirty bomb in the area, I would think they're savvy enough to shield it from detection.
Lead is effective, versatile, and cheap
Didn’t some country like Sweden find the USA likely destroyed that pipeline?@375 Ruger Fan Good article. Didn't see it covered locally. Environmental damage from warfare is often an overlooked collateral. 4000 tonnes (4400 short tons) sounds like a lot to me....but I guess compared to 500,000 tons of methane from Nordstream it is small....thanks for posting....FWB

Lead- For shooting down a drone or encapsulating radioactive material?
For shooting them down, I had the same thought about a couple of door gunners with shotguns on high performance choppers. Even 1 1/2 oz standard 12 ga load of #6 lead, steel, bismuth or tungston would take one out. Or retrofitting something like an F16 or A10 with short burst guns loaded with small shot ammo. The falling shot damage potential would be minimal with only the falling drone being somewhat of a problem. The greatest hazard might be flying into your own shot pattern and causing some engine damage. There would have to be some zone of fire restrictions and flying rules. But guaranteed, the government would classify a falling drone as an extreme hazard akin to a crashing B-52… just like the nonsense of calling a Chinese spy balloon falling over unoccupied, western US range land an extreme hazard. Followed of course by Brandon foolishly wasting resources and risking pilots trying to shoot down every weather and hobby balloon for the next month… trying to look tough. Corn Pop
