Have a trip to Namibia planned in May too!
Hope the vaccination campaign goes well so we can go.

Yes let’s hope Peter world is mad at the moment I feel I was lucky to get the hunting I did get in 2020 managed to get two great stags both silver medals in Romania two silver roe deer and one gold muntjac at home keep safe and good hunting

Should have been to Namibia last year but had to move it to may this year.
Have shot some roe deers for my new dog and a moose calf and a wild boar
so seasson has been ok. Missed the only chanse on a trophy animal this year!
Would have been the first animal for my dog. Have a drilling and whistled the buck
to stop.Turned up the scope, turned the lever to bullet, set the set trigger and CLICK!
Forgot the safety!!!! And the buck left! My brothers son shot it at the same place
for my dog but it had just dropped one antler. If I weighted the skull and the remaining
antler two times it was 437g. Would be at least bronse medal! But fun he got it.
The antler was 25,5cm long.

Namibia seems fairly committed to keeping their borders open so their economy doesnt die. Fingers crossed that remains the case as I'd much prefer to not postpone my leopard hunt again

i really hope you get there that’s a hunt definitely going to do in the future.have a Cape buffalo eland booked for may and then whatever else thats good at the time just hoping it goes ahead like you was booked for last may and that was cancelled look forward to seeing your photos

I was supposed to go in August, turned out Namibia opened by my original dates, but there were too many unknowns with quarantine etc I wasnt interested in being the first person over especially for my first safari. I will surely post pictures and a report!

To not to get too far off topic lol, Nyala is by far my favorite antelope (although I'm excited to see and hunt all of them eventually) but that's going to be one of the main goals of my 2022 safari with KMG.

Limpopo February 2020 just before the COVID shutdown. Lalamanzi Safaris.

opted for a full body mount, took this one , my first , 2 weeks ago.

Thought I’d revive this thread. Shot this beautiful bull on Friday. Feeling very blessed! Not many locals get to shoot bulls like this, especially not at 23 years. I have quite the story to share on him. Where would be best to do so? He has super thick horns with lots of character and measured 31 3/8. Let me know what you guys think please! Kind regards.

Here is mine, hunted in the Eastern Cape. One of my longest shots taken, and hard to get her out of the mountain.

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?

Do you have any cull hunts available? 7 days, daily rate plus per animal price?
