Hi all.
I'm looking to do an African hunt in 2012-13 depending on how the economy (& my health) goes.
I've no interest in DG & will be planning on a purely plains game hunt.
Some fishing might well be of interest too, as I own a fishing tackle shop here in Whitehaven.
Looking forward to browsing here in order to gain information helpful in planning my trip.

Welcome to the forum Oddbod there is loads of good info on here!

Best Regards
Louis van Bergen

Hi Oddbod
Welcome to the forum. You will find all the info you need to book a great hunt here.
All the best and enjoy the planning.

What on earth are you pommies doing in the cricket ??? Welcome anyway.

Maybe you can swap some fishing in the old dart for some hunting in RSA.

Welcome aboard Oddbod. As others have said, you have definitely come to the right place to plan your safari. Good luck.

OddBob welcome you will find all you need to know on AH fishing as well!
Good to see another hunter from the UK we have quite a few regulars who come over to hunt with us.

Freshwater or Saltwater - for saltwater Mozambique is a must!

Cheers

I hunted elephant with Luke Samaris in 2005. It was my fourth safari and I tell you he is a fine gentleman the best. I got the opportunity to meet Patty Curtis, although never hunted with him but enjoyed our conversation around our tent in the Selous. Very sad for a tough guy to leave this world the way he did. Let’s pray the murderers are caught. I hope to see Luke in Nashville.
