MOZ Terrorist Attack..

Problem is that the Moz army appear very week.. The have brought in some of the SA army to help out in the north..to not very much avail..

Now if you commit some white mercenaries with Mi-24 combat helicopters..etc.

Mmm...wagner got their arses handed to them.....think the only ones that managed to try to sort it were the SA outfit..but underfunded I think and contract terminated....they are the ones who saved as many of the total workers as they could...the Rwandan army are most jacked up ones there from what I have read....SA army isn't up to much....and the government side isn't winning

Just so you know there are some excellent PMCs who use (and used) a lot of non-white combatants.

Im surprised it only happed now. Been red flags on ALL of Moz for looong time but people " choose" to ignore it for capital gain . First world rules does not apply in Africa, nobody is coming to " rescue" you from terrorist , know that when you go.

Same here, always armed here at home. We kept our rifles in our rooms in Mozambique, albeit a bolt action .375 isn’t much of a match against terrs with automatic weapons.
IM a little different in that I feel my safety is no ones responsibility other than my own, unless I'm under the umbrella of a government that assures it, I ask a certain outfitter REP. in Limpopo, if the area was safe and could I keep my rifle in my room ,HE LAUGHED it off and said why. I referred him to the pic of the hillside in SA of about 2000 crosses representing murdered farmers and said heres why, and went with a different outfitter. having said that America is not a safe place anymore either but at least we have the 2nd A. and available training. still its risky out there, 2 illegals arrested last week transporting 190,000 rounds of 308. makes you wonder where they got it. (UTAH) and for what reason . I dont have a clue where I could buy that much ammo. but they did. CARTELS maybe?

Force multiplier .....the range of the 375 is usually longer that the typical assault rifle. They can't touch but you can touch them. Bigger issue is the amount of ammunition available at the time of the fire fight.

Basically the same thing, I’m looking at a magazine with 4 rounds and 1 up the pipe, as the terr with a 30 round magazine spraying and praying. Best case scenario would be take out a couple terrs and liberate their AKs and go to work.

@cwpayton, do you have the picture you referenced? I would like to see it. I correspond with 4 South African outfitters on a monthly basis and they never mention any of it other than an “isolated” incident or two.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...
Behind the scenes of taking that perfect picture.....

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
