So assume you are the King of Angola. Here's the economics of this. People can snare 7 blue duiker and sell them for a total of about $100. All in. Or, how about this for a deal? You let someone like me come in and hunt them. I'll hire a bunch of local people, pay them for a week or so, let's assume a day rate of $500 (I'm being cheap - it would be more in a place like this), and then pay a trophy fee of about $1250 (what I paid in RSA - I'm not as good a negotiator as Wheels) - for one. And when I go, I'll probably leave a tip for everyone in the camp that is more than most of your loyal subjects make in a month. That's 7 days and a trophy fee. Almost $5000 for each one, or $35,000 for all seven.Hank $16 does sound like a lot, here is a deal for you, you can have all 7 free of charge.

So, just to be clear, it's no jobs and $100 on the one hand, and a bunch jobs and $35,000 on the other. And . . .wait for it . . . I pick no jobs!!!
