John Sharp's New Book Facing Down Fear

I do have a couple of hard cover, signed & numbered available.

A couple of folks who said they wanted one months ago are not returning phone calls...so I will consider these available and they will wait for the next order, assuming they return my call!

My book showed up today, looking forward to reading it.

Good day,
Id be interested in a hard cover if you don't mind getting it north of the 49th parallel.
happy to pay all cost in advance.

regards
Pat

Hello sir;

I have to mail out two hard cover books tomorrow.

I will enquire as to actual best method to safely get the book to Canada and will PM you the cost.

Seeing these numbered/signed hard cover books are $250, I have been shipping them priority mail in a USPS priority box, to make sure they don't get damaged. Just not sure if that method works to Canada.

I will PM you once I have a plan!

Tim

Thanks Tim, book is great!

Hi, I would like to have a soft copy and am based in India. So how would it work. Thanks.

Hello Bapu;

I am not sure if there is a way to get a book to India.

I will ask the U.S. distributor if he has any ideas.

Thank you shall look forward to your reply.

For anyone in the UK who is interested, order from John's website and you will have your book within two days sent from a UK supplier.

Thank you for the information but they don't ship to India. Do you think it's possible from the US. And if you have read the book does it contain information on calibers etc. Thank you.

There isn‘t much infos on calibers. Have a look at books from Gregor Woods, van der Waldt, Kevin Thomas and Kevin Robertson.

Where in India do you live? I‘m sometimes near Naini Tal.

Bapu, I would suggest including Jim Carmichael’s ‘Book of the Rifle’ if you haven’t already done so.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.

Hello:
I’ll take the .375 Whitworth for $1,150 if the deal falls through.
Thanks .
