And this was my finding as well. I found the whole "beginner animal" statement to not be entirely true. It was a ton of work, lots of walking, and really learning how to follow my PH on a stalk for us to get a good male.Impala are cool animals, They can be a treat and real challenge to hunt in thick broken woodland.
