I'm Running for the NRA Board of Directors

Congratulations!! As a veteran of dozens of BODs, I’ve found boards with large memberships rarely effective. Will be interesting to see where y’all take the NRA. Good luck!!

Therein lies one of the biggest problems for the NRA - the size of the board which is 76. Ideally, a restructuring would make it under 20 and then have a Board of Advisors such as many colleges and universities have. The Board of Advisors could help raise money and staff the many committees while a Board of Directors oversees the management of the organization and sets policy.
