I have become a Rancher

That is super cool! Congratulations and thanks for your part in conservation of this amazing species.

I’m lucky enough to own some cattle but Rhinos are a whole different ballgame!

I’m definitely curious what one of these costs? If you can’t or don’t want to share I understand.

Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen a rhino in the wild but did get a chance to watch a few at a zoo in England. I expected them to be heavy and plodding, like elephants, but was amazed that they seem to be quite nimble. Truly amazing animals. Congratulations and, thank you!

I think the more interesting questions are the following:
1. Does your each have living facilities?
2. Can you hunt any PG or DG not including rhino?
3. How did this come about for you?

Glad to see you’re doing well and the herd is growing. How were the females that were pregnant? Hoping your herd grows a little more in the near future.

Will these Rhinos be dehorned to keep them from being poached?
The females will for sure. But the reality is poachers kill the dehorned ones as well so they won’t follow their tracks again.

We wait for a seller who really needs to move some so get them at a better price.

They are getting big. Even the little one is growing fast.

You are doing God's work by supporting the rhino population. Good luck with the ranching and rhinos.

I personally am sticking to cattle and whiskey! :P Cowboy:

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. Good question. As you may recall I have been looking to possibly buy a big place in RSA. So I just kinda got plugged in with a couple of guys who I know and they had an opportunity on a great deal if we moved fast, so I said Yes.

The last two Rhinos from the desert have been transported and are at their new home.

Exciting news. We are increasing the size of our Rhino herd with the purchase of 7 dehorned males. That brings the herd total to 26. Once I have some photos I'll share them.

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
