You were commenting on publishing on social media...some items are acceptable, others not.. was referencing what was published on this site regarding the heart on AH...is this what we really want the world to see. Referencing the decapitated head was synonymous with the blatant celebration of the giraffes heart. Really, you ok with that...who am I to rebuke your celebration of a kill. A leprechaun for tea? welcome anytime.
.
As our South African friends like to say... chalk and cheese...
My original question stands.. why does someone else get to say whats acceptable? If FB or any other social media provider (AH) wants to let something be posted or not.. according to their rules.. then so be it..
But some random anti trolling for something to outraged over..
Ive got exactly no fuks to give.. Their opinion or concern bothers me not even in the slightest..
Is this what WE want the world to see?
I'd ask the same question.. if Im the woman in the photo why do I gives so much as a single fuk what your opinion is? she's living her life.. if you dont like it.. dont pay her any attention.. Im sure she could find something about you she doesnt like.. would you give a shit? or choose to change your life for the sake of someone you dont know or care about?
RE the giraffe's heart... again.. not illegal.. not immoral.. not unethical.. in any way at the place it was done.. in fact its part of the culture..
I ate a guinea pig when I was in Peru.. People in the US are generally horrified of the thought of eating fuzzy, their pet rodent.. but its absolutely part of the norm in Peru.. in fact its a delicacy.. and.. pics made it to social media of a nicely brazed rodent on a plate..
Some folks didnt like it..
But... again.. no fuks to give.. Its my life.. not theirs.. not yours.. or anyone elses.. If Im not violating your civil rights, breaking the law, or doing something abhorrent to the cultural norm.. well Mr and Mrs Anti.. piss off.. you matter less to me than the dog excrement in the front lawn...
I dont buy into cancel culture of the perpetually offended.. just not my style...
