154lbs of recoil in a 12lb gun is about 180lbs of recoil in a 10lb gun. I know of no scope or mounts that can withstand that recoil. It’s over 150% the recoil of a 4-bore.

Exactly. Needs that antitank gun carriage. I dare say the bore is in pristine condition.

The rifle itself is in pristine condition too )
This shop always has very unique second hand big bore rifles .. every time I am in Moscow I stop by to see what is available..

I have a Swarovski Z8i on my 460 weatherby.. I do not have any problems yet .. but I only shot about 40 bullets with it ..

The late Bill Quimby, had mentioned that he shot a .460 Weatherby once. Said he never wanted to shoot it again.

They were asking 20 000 dollars for it .. but keep in mind this is in Russia .. lots of import taxes if you were to import a new one ..
