GREENLAND: Greenland Muskox With Trophy Hunting Greenland

The other hunter is 70 years old. He was not willing to make stalks over a mile away.
With more time he would likely be successful.
And to Erik's credit he has offered to let him return for half price in the future to make it happen.

Despite not getting his muskox he did shoot a beautiful black fox from the cabin bait pile this morning. And missed a white one as well.
Usually each hunter gets 1 chance if they show up but the other 2 hunters weren't interested so he got 2 chances.

Has anyone done the hunt this time of year as well as the August hunt for musk ox and caribou? Im interested in how they compare.

Very interested in’s musk ox hunt but the ability to combine with caribou is even more interesting.

On the subject of combo hunts, I read on his website that in some cases, a combo hunt would require a lot more effort from the client...packing out the caribou, etc is being emphasized.

Yeah I saw that. I’m relatively fit. Interested to know how demanding that is but also what the hunt itself was like.

“He's not the prettiest bull but obviously has lived a long hard life. Badly scarred and worn down horns.”

-To me, that is a true trophy. Well done and congratulations.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
