Germany Hunting Pictures

Wildschaden.jpg

Having wild boars in the concession means joy and sorrow. We hunters!! have to pay in Germany for these damages and meadow damages are heavy expensive , because you have to pay for machines for hours to repair it again and reseed and failure.

A small troop of three of this size arrived relatively early in the night, but far too far away.
They refused to come closer, but my eyes closed and I fell asleep
I had a hard week behind me.

At midnight I woke up again and in the now good moonlight, the three 100 m stood in front of me.
So I shot one of them from the highseat, it dropped in the sand.
Blaser K95 .308 Win. with 150gr Spear Hot Core

I never realized how much damage they can do. That is astounding.

Congratulations on your sausage success.

Why we hate them worse than the IRS in Texas.

when you use a matchbullet for hunting --Hornady A-MAX .308 Win. :
A MAX.JPG

100 gn rest from 150 gn bullet.
My Sako Hunter 85 is a Diva und many bullets are not flying.
Therefore I came to this match bullet and take it for hunting with good results.
The precision is super and the effect is good to very good (but roes, three fingers wide behind the shoulder otherwise I have a splinter garnet there ), but on boars, I have no exit hole and remaining weight is.......... take a look above.
Does the bullet shoot any of you and how is your experience ?

with a few good friends in the woods to go hunting, live there in a cottage, barbecue and a few beers without losing your driver's license and revive our African experiences at the campfire.

It's amazing what you sometimes meet in the woods :)

Great pictures, thanks

Very nice.

Fresh eggs for breakfast and venison for dinner. Can't beat that.
Thanks for sharing the trip to the woods.

Those are some fine old bucks. Thanks for sharing. I leave for Germany on Wednesday. It will primarily be a family vacation to visit German cousins. However, I will spend a few days hunting Roebuck in the seven hills region. I am looking forward to this with great anticipation.

Great pics Foxi, danke schön :D Cheers:

Foxi, what dog breed is the “old lady”? She is super cute.

Nice trophies by the way. I really enjoy your thread.

These are not my prey.I got these photos from friends today.
I don't want to decorate myself with strange feathers .

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.
