Hunting & Wildlife Pics

The hunting photos of me and my friend were taken this year at Leeukop Safari's near Pongola. It was my first Mountain Reedbuck that i shot with a 270. The wildlife photos was taken at Kruger and Kgalagadi while i was their on holiday. Just imagine how tired and thirsty the Wild dog was. Drinking whilst lying in the pond. Thanks for the oppertunity guys!

Ciao

Namibian Safari 2009

The pictures attached were taken during my 2009 safari to Namibia.

The image of the two giraffe looks neat but they were actually fighting. They fight during the mating season by swing their long necks to hit each other.

The impala is a black faced impala distinguished by the black on its snout.

The zebra was photographed while it was grazing in Etosha National Park.

My favorite picture is the one of myself with my kudu, which measured 56 1/2 inches.

My Tanzanian trip

Close to Arusha, I was in my 4 by 4 taking some picture from the window and I have taken that one of two children playing with a sharp blade!!!! Innocence from the child or neglect from the parents? Crazy isn't it!

KUDU

emonette82,
that is an awesome kudu you got there... has everything i would ever want in a trophy - mass, curl, length, age and is completely smooth from wear & tear :) Well done and great photo with an awesome backdrop!

A few of my favorite photos from hunting in the good ole' US of A.

Sunset during my 2009 Archery Mule Deer hunt in Arizona. Gorgeous setting for the end of an awesome day stalking Mulies.

An unexpected snow storm that ruined a scouting trip on Memorial Day Weekend in Utah turned out to be a pretty good photo opportunity.

After harvesting a Mule Deer in Utah I spent some time scouting for next year's hunt and came upon this high mountain top stream.
