Africa never ceases to amaze me!
I prepared early in one of the Blins hunting and ... surprise !!! I was not and the only one who wanted to hunt and this place ...
A big warthog was on the tree in front of the shooting area. A leopard had already been there .... amazing !!!
This was the first ever deer I shot. He took a lot of hard stalking and just when I got the cross hairs on him he started to run. At this point I got rather hacked off and started singing O'sol e mio rather loud!! He must have liked it as he stopped to have a little listen. It was at this point I pulled the shot and down he went on the spot!! The odd thing was, I was still singing!?
Please do excuse the beard I normally just have a moustache that rather large
For some strange reason the pic I did before has vanished!!!!
Namibia, Wyoming, Alaska, Beautiful places, wonderful stalks, impressive trophys, good times, good people & great memories; the pictures can never equal the images etched into my heart and soul. I love huntilg !!!
Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
