Nice red hartebeest taken with a less than perfect shot in Namibia in 2013. Notice the ears in the hunting photo, he isn't dead yet! We had to taken photos quickly with the light, then dispatch him with a knife to the base of the skull.
Very nice kudu taken in Namibia in 2013. He is so large I have to do special work to my house to hang him up! Almost a gold medal but such a beautiful animal!
Warthog taken on the same trip to Namibia. Notice in the trophy case a Javalina skull taken in Texas (left side) and a black bear taken in Alaska (right side). Great trips when all of these special animals came to join our family!
Hi Roklok

Chopped up the whole thing as I kept hitting the 240 character limit...
Found out the trigger word in the end... It was muzzle or velocity. dropped them and it posted.

I know that this thread is more than a year old but as a new member I thought I would pass along my .280AI loading.
I am shooting F Open long range rather than hunting but here is what is working for me and I have managed a 198.14 at 800 meters.
That is for 20 shots. The 14 are X's which is a 5" circle.
