No point in looking at what happened. May be repairable with little effort. How ever new stocks are available from Numerich for resonable price. Restocking clears the foubt in the mind. No matter how it is patched up it will always remain in the back of mind. One don't need that. @Daniel Cary

My openion is to restock it. Going price will be 3.5k. If unfired. In 2022 the pricess were aleready up wards of 2800.

I have a 458 Lott that that happened to. Sent it back to Ruger and they just glued the piece back in and polished it so you cannot see it without knowing. Still shoots fune and hasn't come loose.
