Craddock kudu charge

@KMG Hunting Safaris
Any vehicle being with land be it land Rover or land Cruiser is a waste of time. Both break down and are expensive for parts.
Nissan on the other hand totally reliable and if you need parts they are reasonably priced.
My Nissan has never broken down in the 10 years I have had it. It did however stop for unscheduled period maintenance once when the starter motor died. Thankfully it's a manual so easy to push start and get it to the mechanic. 450 dollars after with a new starter fitted all fine. Try and find a starter motor and have it fitted for the same price. It will more than likely cast you more than double and that's just for the part.

Yes Bob, but does it have a heart?!

Kevin, if you are down your family farm again, drop me a message and swing by the lodge. We are not too far from there.
Maybe I can convince you over a rum to trade your Land Rover in on a another vehicle starting with Land.... ;) :D
May well pop in for that rum yet. There is a plan afoot to take a leisurely drive around South Africa and back through Namibia in the David Livingstone, because it has a roof..
Carruthers has a winch now after some sliding around in the Save - never got stuck, mind, but a little help is warranted.

You'd be a busy man if you offered to cart people to and from the airport in those chariots.

@Kevin Peacocke
But a NISSAN has a soul to go with the heart as well
Top that ALL Nissan owners are great people with good taste and exceptional good looks. Just ask me i will tell you. Just a pity I missed out on the looks.
Bob

@Bob Nelson 35Whelen was going to mention something about the looks but you beat me to it:Angelic:

I have spent A LOTof time in jeeps and toyota's in the rouugh mountain and deserts and have always guaged what works best on the aftermarket custom parts world, and what has worked for me. I would buy one of the Toyota diesels that the rest of the world has but not imported here in the US, in a heartbeat. Have never owned a landy but have ridden in a couple. All in all drive what works for you.

Quick search about the Vic on the Web: “Many famous people have stayed here and passed through its doors, including Olive Schreiner, General Haig, William Faulds (VC), Juliette Binoche, Harry Potter, Eddie Izzard, Guy Butler and Etienne van Heerden.”

I see you’re a rum man Mr Peacock.
Try this if you can get it. Also the Lazy Dodo is very tasty as well!

Off to Durbin on Tuesday for the Durbin July. Then get 3 days on a game reserve towards Jo Burg so I’ll get a look soon(y)

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
