But for the question at hand...
If you can get an accurate load with a 250 gr NAB at 2500 fps, your 9.3 will perform well. I've never killed anything with a NAB of any caliber, but my understanding is that their jackets are just about as stiff as Swift A Frame, which means below about 2k fps, you won't get a lot of expansion. And this bullet at 2500 fps MV will drop below 2k fps right at 300 yards.
Another 100 fps at the muzzle will extend you to 350 yards before it drops below 2k fps..
Meant to add this.
While I'm a Swift fanboi, the BC on the 250 gr AF is .285, vs .494 for NAB. At 2600 fps MV, AF 250 gr has decelerated to 2k fps at 200 yards, and is below 1800 fps at 300 yards.
At a MV of 2500 fps, 250 gr SAF has the same reach as 286 SAF at 2300 fps - about 150 yards.
Not a Barnes fan, but I believe 250 gr TSX has a BC in the same neighborhood as NAB 250.
I worked pretty hard at LD for 250 NAB, and was only able get an accurate load at just under 2500 fps. I get crazy good groups with Oryx 285, and very good with Hornady 286 and Speer 270. Trying to get a load for NAB up to 2600...wasn't worth it to me.
