Very well said. Sometimes, though not ideal, it’s necessary.Shooting past someone at close range is not always a bad thing. It depends on the level of training or experience the people in that situation have.
Police, military and others are taught to shoot past each other in very tight CQB situations as a matter of normal training. I have no idea what is normal for a trained or experienced PH in that country.
What I could see in the video was that those shots all landed with some effect.
