Australia today

I know i said i am over this topic but here i go again, on the morning news people were thanking the Slimey QLD premier for letting them home into QLD after being locked out for over 1 year they should have been very angry that it happened & want revenge on the left wing union hugging woman, she will probably get re elected, talk about being able to use the media to her advantage. The QLD government has turned this virus in to a political game to their advantage &
stupid people are falling for it.
l totally agree with you rdog and have been thinking about what you have said here
maybe l have too much time to think these days while in lockdown
the MSM is the cheer squad for the government, they cant be trusted to tell the truth
its not just QLD its all over eg.. NT just mandated no jab no job but they have only ever had 216 covid cases with zero deaths proving it is political and not for your health like we are led to believe
that's why the independent reporters have done so well, the MSM, police and governments hate them. independents like Avi Yemini at rebel news, the real Rukshan and the Aussie Cossack
just for fun have a look at the Aussie Cossack who has taken on the NSW police for there thuggery in a personal and very funny way, in fact the NSW police have made his name and channel for him LOL
he was recently locked up for a covid related crime LOL and his supporters from all over the globe rang the Burwood police station complaining shutting down there call centre because of the overload as well as a protest was held in front of the police station, hilarious in these times

I tried posting a video but it won't play. It's of a down under Gestapo checking that a good Aussie gentleman actually had coffee is his cup to make sure that he had a reason to have his mask down. What a joke.

You good ol'boy's should come liberate us, I wouldn't mind a new humvee and a couple machine guns and maybe you could fly a few green refugee's back when you leave?

I know right, religious fanatics trying to stir up the police while filming so they can put "facts" on the internet. Meanwhile in America an Australian woman calls the police to report a crime and gets shot by the attending police officer through his passenger side window while standing in her pajamas. What point are you trying to make about how bad it is in Australia?

My feedback from Police-connected personnel in the U S is htat the standards within Minneapolis, Minn Police are somewhat"lacking".: selection process, and training not up to an acceptable standard; just research Mohamed Noor's history

Pretty stark contrast to the cop in the video who seemed polite and respectful despite the smart arse prick deliberately antagonizing him while filming it to be famous on the internet

Well prison is the safest place to live out ur days.but who wants that.there was a firery auto crash in front of my house last week. The man died intstantly.no talk of covid. Not talk of the suicide rate either.i live in one of the freeist states florida .there's no panick,no endless dribble on the news or at the Starbucks well maybe starbucks.but not Sonny's or McDonald's.u get the shot if u want.u were a mask if u want.most don't.or hide in ur house if u want.go to crack town now ones vaccinated their to worried about getting shot over a crack rock.thats another thing the media in the states has pushed a mistrust the government since the 50s right up to the last election .then we're supposed to trust them (or listen to them).we have a secret fisa court that no one can see or explain and we are supposed to trust them.atleast there is some states rights and I'm lucky enough to have a governor the doesn't trust the feds like we don't.im not vaccinated I may to travel abroad. my daughter is a charge nurse she's not vaccinated she works around it all day. I race motorcycles,I play with guns,I talk while driving I don't wear my seat belt,I hunt in the mountains in the freezing cold one broken leg and ur dead.how much safety can a type a personality take.
Very odd use of punctuation, spacing, use or non use of capital letters.... makes reading a real challenge.

That event was ridiculous on many levels. However it was an anomaly, and really not worthy of bringing up in a discussion about police behavior, ie., a cheap shot.

I'm not sure how he antagonized him into checking inside his coffee cup, which had coffee in it, while merely on what looks like a walking path. It sounded like he was just having a conversation with the police officers before that happened. Then he had the nerve to tell them "God Bless", I know, what a maniac. I thought he acted very calmly to such a ridiculous request.

If you want to see a bunch of Americans complaining about things here in the states, you can visit the pinned Politics discussion above. There's something like 542 pages of discussion, complaints, political humor, etc. that I and even others from outside the US have participated in.

You may see it differently but I've seen enough of this type of thing out of Australia and heard too many Australians voicing their dismay to view it as anything but an anomaly and in my eyes it is fitting for a discussion about police behavior. But I do agree, it was ridiculous. If a cop asked me to show him the inside of my coffee cup while out for a walk my reaction would be very different.

I think this ex officer agrees. Unfortunately she's correct, just like here in the states, many of the officers are doing or have done as ordered for fear of losing their jobs even though they know it's wrong. Obviously some have quit as well.

I was referring to the cop shooting the lady some time back. That was I think an anomaly. It was just bizarre.

Most police would agree. Not a thorough enough selection process, not enough training and very lacking standards far too often. In the last year or so my BIL has been set with the task of reviewing and interviewing prospective State Troopers. He can't believe what he reads sometimes and recruiting has never been so low all across the US.

Gotcha. My mistake. I thought you were referring to his response to me.

You are probably right about it all, I'll stop commenting and just continue to live in the country that you guys know so much about it.
The political forum is just a bizarre hateful.

You seem to have an equal amount of distain for your own countrymen as you do Americans.

I will be blunt. Liberalism is a serious mental disorder.
I HATE liberals and all they stand for.
Anyone who voted for Sippy Cup is a fool and a libtard/moron/jerk! We may spend years recovering from this miscarriage.

And I guarantee they feel the same towards anyone who votes conservative or for Trump. Guess you didnt see our news the night Trump was elected.
There were enough libtard tears to fill a good sized lake!
Bunch of pussyhat wearing, bed wetting, woke retards!

Hows that for an answer?
I have disdain for my country men?

Fair point. I'm off this topic, I joined because I like hunting and hunting rifles.
Same here. The thing about forums and threads. Its real easy to not participate in threads we dont like.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
