Asian water buffalo.

That's the one @IvW, I was looking for it yesterday, thank you for posting, I remembered the chap walking pass videoing & the dog barking & thought Ive seen this before !

@crs maybe shot in the face first, but on a charge you do tend to see bullet wounds spread about the face & head ?

Sarg,
Could be. I would still like to read a well written and detailed report on the shooting and the charge event.

So sad…where was the back up from the PH?

While this is sad news, he died a hunter's death. The risk of injury or death while hunting dangerous game is part of the excitement and challenge to the hunter.

It seems from the video out-takes that he approached the downed buff from the front - major mistake.

My condolences to his family and friends.

Daily Mail had an article about it earlier this week.
As others have pointed out, that video is not of this event and i wouldn't trust anything else stated in the article. We don't even know if there was video of this Argentina hunt.

To see the 2019 video go to YouTube and search "South Africa Wounded Buffalo Attacks Hunters".

Deepest condolences. Very sad news indeed. May he Rest in Peace

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
