Hope this message finds all well.

By the moment it seems that the case is going on favor of the outfitter and the broker but all through January there is a judicial recess so there is not much of an update.

On the first week of February we might have more information. In my opinion it won’t go much further than February or March but that´s my opinion.



I´m sorry for not having a lot of extra information but because of the recess the case it´s stuck right now.

I am from the south and would never think to use the word Chinaman.

Most gentlemen wouldn't...it's simply not cricket in respectable circles.
I can explain it to him...but I can't understand it for him.
