Great pictures from everybody, just found this thread and really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.

This was my first African sunset while tracking three Kudu bulls we never caught up with.

This was my last sunset while looking for the warthog I have to go back for.

Africa is revved for its beautiful skies, amazing wildlife andwelcoming temperatures. The sunset and sunrise is like no other.

Just for fun, here's a panoramic photo I took during a hunt in Namibia in April of 2017. We were hunting about an hour away from Windhoek. A late evening thunderstorm wandered in and by pure luck, the iPhone captured a little bit of magic. The sky was just unbelievable that evening. I cleaned it up a bit on photoshop, but not much.

This photo was from an hour or so earlier. It's a great memory of a wonderful day spent with my son in Africa:

Sunset photos for you people who need your african fix...

The smoke from this bush fire other side of the river from us made for some nice sunset photos, and with the mist on the kafue in the cold mornings mixed with the smoke the sunrise wasnt too bad either.

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.
