Hi
My wife and I are booked in for a 10 day hunt next April with Frontier. First time to Africa. Would love to hear how you make out with your hunt.
You must enjoy the place to be going back the 3 rd time. Do you use their taxidermy services? What can we expect from this ranch? Hunting 6...
Cam,
Glad to see another Albertan here. This is a great site and have read so much great information. Pics and videos are great too. One of the best forums I have ever been on even if your not too interested in Africa. Cheers
Cam thanks,
Yup was a young pup and didn't really know about the laws. Haven't made it to Africa yet. Booked in for a 10 hunt with myself and wife in SA. Even have a good couple of buddies joining us. Should be a blast April 2020
Yes thanks did see that on the site.
My question was. Has anyone hunted fallow deer with Frontier in SA? Or seen them on the property and what quality were they?
Has anyone here hunted with Frontier Safaris? Did you hunt Fallow deer or see them on the property? I have booked a hunt with them for April 2020 and have a fallow deer tag, as well as, others. I wonder the size and quality of the deer. Pics would be great if you have them.

Yes package was cheaper and was able to select animals I wanted to hunt. Most outfitters will make custom packages for you. They make money on the trophy list when you get there to hunt and get the bug to shoot more. I understand it happens quite often this way.
My wife and I would like to thank you all for the great information and invites to join you on a hunt to be remembered.
We have booked a hunt with Frontier Safaris. 10 days and 6 animals. Thanks to Barry as he made me a great deal on our trophy list that I couldn't refuse.
Still more to plan...
BSO Dave,

this is a great place to be for information and help. Check out Frontier Safaris, Barry will work with you to make your hunt come true. Saved me and my two friends $1500 earch on our hunts.
Planning a trip to SA in April to have our first hunting trip out of Alberta, Canada.
In our trips abroad, we have always took a bit of home to share with the folks that have made our stay so enjoyable. My question is. What should we take with us to give in appreciation for hard work done by...
Tell me what it is like. Price is fantastic and like that is family run for years. Have a buddy that needs to be convinced that it's not a canned hunt.
Dave or wick chim in here as you guys have the wish list we are looking for. Buddy wants a lechwe bad and your price is hard to beat...
Awesome, can't wait to get one of those myself or better yet let the wife shoot one. I'm sure she would let me know about it daily, but I would enjoy the punishment. Lol
Very nice, all of them.
Welcome Tim
This is a fantastic site to be on. I just joined as well. My head is swimming with how much information and stories this site offers. This site from what I see caters to all sportsman and non hunters alike.

As a young boy in southern Saskatchewan, my first rifle was a break barrel 177cal. Dad tought me how to shoot it about 6-7yrs old. Gophers were the main targets. Winters were for pigeons in the barn loft. A bit older I was able to shoot the 22cal. Dad took me to the g

Thanks to all AH members. I know this is the right place to be for information and help with the questions I have.
Top of my list is the iconic KUDU and NYALA.
Kudu needs to be 50+ for a shoulder mount. A large Nyala would be great too.
For now these would be shoulder mounts. I do like rugs and...
Hi all AH members and happy new year,
My wife and I are looking at our fist ever hunt in Africa and are here to find as much information as possible before we book a hunt.
We both turn 50 this year and just had our 30th wedding anniversary last July. Have never went to far from home, as it...
