I believe the decision to send M1s was mainly intended to green light countries having Leopards to send them. Not as good as M1s but much quicker to deliver and easier to field. Is this accurate?

I’m astounded that they filed manslaughter charges! I would have bet money that the DA would determine there is insufficient evidence. A win for the cause of justice. I don’t see them dropping the charges, so now it will be decided by a jury. I’m interested in seeing how this plays out.
