There is no pitting at all so far as I can see. Rifling is strong. Fairly bright bore.

I measured the barrel and it is 23 1/2 inches. Trades seldom seem to come together, but there are a couple things I would consider. A Leupold Vari-X3 or 3i, at least 10x max magnification and an adjustable objective would catch my interest. It would have to have an AO. I like Ruger No. 1 rifles...

Well, it only feeds one round at a time from the magazine, of course! :) Actually, it feeds and extracts smoothly. No glitches, which I know can be a problem with some CZ rifles (it is with my CZ 527 varmint rifle in 223, and that is a single stack magazine.)
