Below is a screenshot of the fees i just paid at DFW Coppersmith for hides skull and horns for a cape Buffalo, bushbuck, duiker, eland, hartebeest, sable, warthog and, zebra. Total weight was 396lbs. I had no issues at DFW. I picked this up last Friday.

Picked up my crates from Coppersmith on Friday as I was in town to watch Tech win the Big 12 championship. The final bill from Coppersmith was $1339.80. I have attached it for those that would like to see the breakdown.

My wife and I will be attending the show Friday and Saturday. We are staying downtown. The rooms may be more expensive but we will save on Ubers. I recommend avoiding taxis.

I just paid $2381.00 for 2 crates 54"x40"x29" and 16"x10"x10". 180kg of chargeable weight from JNB to DFW.

There are a couple of listings on guns international.

There were no specific or additional costs from Pemba to Maputo to South Africa. I also did not pay Kambako any additional fee other than the trophy fee.
