Yesterday I ordered the Hawke frontier 30 fd 1-8x24 with the L4A FD reticle which is their 4C. I will see what they look like and go from there. I am going to call Bearbasin outfitters on Monday and see if they actually have the R2s. Thanks for all the help

Yes it is going to be used on my 500 A2, I have had 4 scopes on it all have performed well but were not perfect in my opinion. The scopes have been, 2.5 fixed Leupold 1.5-5 Leupold, 1.5-6 Nikon slughunter and now a 1.5-8 Bushnell 6500. The Bushnell is by far the best but the Meopta 4C reticle...
