by any chance did you get ahold of Mr X and see what happened?

It seems he had the arrival date off by two days, despite having the itinerary and confirmed everything. We all make mistakes but the fact he couldn’t be contacted was troublesome.

We booked flight through Gracy for our trip in July. My understanding is that the paperwork is taken care of through them (I have submitted copies of everything to them). I was told they have someone to assist through customs, etc.

What is the difference in what they offer vs something like Rifle Permits offers?

You need to ask them. They may just be doing a meet and greet to get you through customs where assistance with the SAP's office is something else.

Gracy can do everything you need. If you sent them your gun info I am sure they will be getting your gun permit and there is no one better than Bruce at Tambo
