Dear All,

I want to share with You some pictures of my last hunt in October 2021 in the magic Luangwa Valley, Zambia.

The Safari was a 10 days Cape Buffalo and Plains Game hunt with Kantanta Hunting Safaris in Sandwe GMA.

PH was Daniele Ventriglia very professional, skill and determinate Hunter.

Top hunting destination, beautiful GMA and superb trophies taken.

Best Regards,

Erick Pittino

I've used a 416 Wby with 400 gr Hornady DGX and a 300 Wby with 168 gr Barnes TTSX. Both on Weatherby Mark V.

Nice Buffalo! And that Ele bull shows promise.

Looks like a wonderful hunt. Congrats on some nice buff. Good pictures. Thanks for sharing.

These are 2 Hornady DGX recovered. One travels from the base of the tail trough all the length of the buff and was found between the skin and the windpipe. Other one hits the rear leg in the right round and was found in the skin of the frontal left shoulder. Both shots were fired while the buff was running away after the first shot was placed broadside in the heart/lungs area.

the Africans are all cheering.
Reason: the monks do not use Hornady bullets :)
(and ironie out)
you know here the discussion about the DGX ?

No, I don't know the discussion about DGX.. For me was the first time that I've used this bullet and I think it performs quite good! :)

use the search function once.
Almost a religious war.
I was always satisfied with it.
But there are pictures of fragmented bullets above it.
Can't be found at A-Frame (must be said fairly).

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
