Amstel Lager before dinner after the hunt. Like the canned Dry Lemon too for a thirst quencher during the day. Tea in my room after lunch. Coffee in the morning. For those who like a liqueur, try Amarula. I am not much for the hard stuff but this is amazingly tasty.

I got her a bottle at the airport on the way home in 2010 , since then she has drank another couple of bottles .
but that's the only drink she has ,
amarula on ice

Schweppes dry lemon and gin....then on to 24 year old Bowmore

Ketel One vodka , Red Bull , and few ice cubes.:biggrin2:
Or an ice cold bottle , or three , of Killian's Red.

Crown Royal Reserve and coke

Dictator rum and coke

Whatever beer the PH hands me from the ice box in the bakkie. I brought a bottle of Colorado's own Strahan's Whiskey for the campfire and I had a nice glass of South African red wine every night with dinner. All of that said, I drank far less in Africa than at home -- too busy slugging down water to stay well-hydrated.

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
