Would you like a Cigar?

Is there going to be a hunt report on the crock?
No, I’ll leave the wonderful penmanship to the international hunters… I was very lucky, the wind was perfect and the croc fast asleep. I used a 375H&H with a 300gr Peregrine VRG3 at around 2500fps and it performed really well!

Congratulations! Good celebratory choices.

Hey @brent, being a TN Volunteer have loved watching the Vikings put the smack down on Atlanta with Dobbs at QB. Smoking an O-Man Oliva just enjoying the raucous environment! Congrats!

@PARA45, enjoy a fine cigar today and thank you for your service!

Thank you @Mort Hill, I think a CAO America is appropriate for today.

Drew Estate event tonight at Anthony's Cigar Emporium.
Brick Oven pizza, Beer, raffle & swag. Overall good time.

Bought a box of the Blackened M81, and received 3 Drew Estate Cigars, and a Liga Privada wall clock

Drew Estate rep said that the M81 will be in shortage soon with backorders?

It’s been a rough afternoon, and I’m heart broken. A good friend and cigar smoker lost his grandson this afternoon. The little guy was a premature baby, and passed away 2 weeks after birth. So sad.

Very sorry to read about your friend's grandson. A man should not have to bury his son, let alone grandson. Prayers for their healing.

If you love or would like to love a good Cuban cigar, get a 1/2 box or box of Partagas Series D #4. One of the few places I have been recently that still had them in stock, albeit the price has about doubled.
Mort Hill and Franco, thanks for your recommendations. Yours were the only responses which I was able to read before my tablet froze-up and became unusable; thus I was offline for quite a while. I eventually bought an iPad after returning to the US, and have been trying to relearn the Apple system after a break of several decades.

Para45: By sheer coincidence, those Davidoff Churchills are the exact cigar that I bought at the Doha airport.

It’s a great evening in Middle Georgia

Any Atabey love here? I like them more than most cohiba. And I’m a sucker for a great fit and finish on a cigar, these rank at the top for me in that regard.

I found the my father to be a bit bland taste wise. Was it better following a maduro?

On the contrary, this particular My Father has flavor from start to finish. Both cigars complimented each other with full profiles and copious, easy draws.

Have not had, but a sucker for any good rec’s on the thread. Will have to try.

Interesting that the Atabey hails from Costa Rica. On the hunt now although this appears to be a special occasion cigar at the prices I am seeing.

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
