In my recent order , I picked up an 8 count variety pack of Monte's. This is one of those. Good stick. Oscar, the enabler, at it again.....lol.
I just had the same Monte White - solid light/medium stick. Light spice, light citrus, light cream. I would def smoke again but perhaps not buyNext up, with a couple shots of Remy Martin XO.

My 2nd of the night--- I have been looking forward to a beautiful looking Gurkha 13 and it is absolutely terrible. It just tastes like straight up char. Fortunately it won't stay lit for shit. 5 minutes in and its currently laying in the gravel.
I am finishing my barleywine and listening to Albert King so all is not lost
We hunted in some slight drizzle but not the hard downpours. I hardly used my jacket but I run pretty hot plus being from N. Idaho I'm kinda used to it!I'll be going to the East Cape at the end of May in 22, so I better pack a rain jacket. LOL!!!! Did you guys hunt in the rain???
I wonder how the new law coming about flavored tobacco will affect cigars. Will added flavor include cocoa and spices ?The La Duena, by My Father Cigars. Named for Don Pepin's daughter Janny, who is part of the Company.
La Duena translates to, the owner, landlady, or even "El jefa".
Blended by Pete Johnson of Tatuaje, and made at the My Father factory.
In addition to the usual suspects in my order, I picked up a 10 count variety pack of My Father Cigars.
The La Duena is an excellent medium bodied, yet full flavor smoke. Coffee, Cocoa, earthy, with subtle sweet spice.
I highly recommend it, if you can find some.View attachment 399751
These are natural flavor notes within the tobacco.I wonder how the new law coming about flavored tobacco will affect cigars. Will added flavor include cocoa and spices ?
Ah, ok. I was under the assumption other flavored leaves was blended in with the tobacco leaf or the wrapper. I never watched a cigar being made. These are natural flavor notes within the tobacco.
The new law applies to artificially flavored cigars.
Natural cigar tobacco produces a wide variety of flavor notes, that are described by things such as coffee, cocoa, earth, leather, oak, cedar, spices, etc.Ah, ok. I was under the assumption other flavored leaves was blended in with the tobacco leaf or the wrapper. I never watched a cigar being made.
I wonder if that will be a loophole for companies like swisher to get natural flavors ?
Currently enjoying a Romeo y Julietta 1875.
Tasty, seems like a bit of a tight draw to my inexperienced knowledge but that has been based on cheaper cigars.
Thanks to you cigar enablers I'm in the game now...
One thing I didn't know, was the group of petitioners going back to 2013, who obviously have a hard on against Menthol tobacco.Ugh, f*cking f*cks, tired of their "let's ban ideals" so we can solve a problem. Well, while we are at it, lets ban alcohol so we can prevent DUIs, and lets ban cars so we can prevent accidents, lets ban texting so we can prevent texting & driving. Oh, while we are at it, lets band the idiots in the DC swamp so we can prevent stupidity.
I don't usually smoke flavor cigars, but it's a matter of time before they come after our premiums for one reason or another.
