I just had the same Monte White - solid light/medium stick. Light spice, light citrus, light cream. I would def smoke again but perhaps not buy

My 2nd of the night--- I have been looking forward to a beautiful looking Gurkha 13 and it is absolutely terrible. It just tastes like straight up char. Fortunately it won't stay lit for shit. 5 minutes in and its currently laying in the gravel.

I am finishing my barleywine and listening to Albert King so all is not lost

I like thr monte white with a good brandy.
Sadly our small smoke shop in our small city, doesn't give alot of choices. About 100 sticks to choose from, most on the budget end.

Gurkhas used to be beautiful and delicious cigars. I've been smoking them since they hit the market. Something happened with their blend about 10+ years ago, and the flavor went to sh*t, and it's a hit or miss cigar. Unfortunately I don't smoke them anymore.

I've smoked maybe 5 different Gurkha blends. Didn't like any of them.

I'll be going to the East Cape at the end of May in 22, so I better pack a rain jacket. LOL!!!! Did you guys hunt in the rain???

We hunted in some slight drizzle but not the hard downpours. I hardly used my jacket but I run pretty hot plus being from N. Idaho I'm kinda used to it!

The La Duena, by My Father Cigars. Named for Don Pepin's daughter Janny, who is part of the Company.

La Duena translates to, the owner, landlady, or even "El jefa".

Blended by Pete Johnson of Tatuaje, and made at the My Father factory.

In addition to the usual suspects in my order, I picked up a 10 count variety pack of My Father Cigars.

The La Duena is an excellent medium bodied, yet full flavor smoke. Coffee, Cocoa, earthy, with subtle sweet spice.

I highly recommend it, if you can find some.

These are natural flavor notes within the tobacco.
The new law applies to artificially flavored cigars.

Ah, ok. I was under the assumption other flavored leaves was blended in with the tobacco leaf or the wrapper. I never watched a cigar being made.
I wonder if that will be a loophole for companies like swisher to get natural flavors ?

Natural cigar tobacco produces a wide variety of flavor notes, that are described by things such as coffee, cocoa, earth, leather, oak, cedar, spices, etc.
I am not into the infused flavored cigars like the Acid series from Drew Estate. I Don't know how far reaching the Demtards flavored cigar ban is going to go?

Tasty, seems like a bit of a tight draw to my inexperienced knowledge but that has been based on cheaper cigars.

Another excellent smoke. The Montecristo Espada Oscuro. Notes of earth, leather, and a spicy undertone that is not overpowering. Around $12.

About 70% of the cigar is covered in bands, which are nice looking, but annoying.

Well, while we are at it, lets ban alcohol so we can prevent DUIs, and lets ban cars so we can prevent accidents, lets ban texting so we can prevent texting & driving. Oh, while we are at it, lets band the idiots in the DC swamp so we can prevent stupidity.

I don't usually smoke flavor cigars, but it's a matter of time before they come after our premiums for one reason or another.
