@Viral_SIGness, I'm the one who edited your post and the only thing I did with your post, as I do for many posts during moderation, is to expand the image so that the full version of the image that you uploaded would be displayed within your post. You only had the thumbnail version of your image showing.Any one else have moderators screwing with everything you post? I'm not even sure what was wrong here.

We moderate AH on a daily and continuous manner but our intentions is never to screw with members' posts. If an issue comes up and you need assistance please feel free to message me at any time. My best, Jerome
Solid Copper with a brass plunger that uses Pneumatic pressure to initiate expansion. They expand the same from 1600-3400 fps. They can crush a buffalo shoulder, take out the heart, and usually bulging in the offside hide. That's with a .375 @ 2550. I can't say that for sure, but thats what I've read. You can also swap the VRG-3 (Expanding) for the VRG-2 Copper flat nose solid, and the VRG-1 Brass flat nose solid with no change in POI. Same load, same seating depth. Not sure what you are referring to as screwing with posts. The only issue that I have had is sometimes pictures load at the wrong angle, but the moderators fix that.
Not familiar with the bullets.
Monolithic types ? Solid copper ?
The USA site only has 5 boxes of the .308" 220 grain and 8 boxes of the 180's. I believe I'd use a 180 in the -06, but thats your call. $60 for 50I would like to see how they perform. I might try some in my 30-06
I have the 300 grain VRG-3's for my Buffalo load in my .375 Ruger. Got them going 2595, and if the calculations are correct, I'm under 60k psi. I put the rifle and ammo in my Jeep in the sun, with a thermometer inside. They stayed there for 3 hours at 125 degrees. Then test fired them and bolt lift was easy, and extraction was smooth. Now they are Africa approved.I used their 300 grain VRG-3s in my 375 Ruger on buffalo, blesbok, black wildebeest, steenbok and impala in January. Worked great on all. My PH used them in his 416 Rigby as I recall.
Mine are upside down? So when I edit them, and rotate, that doesn't save?Yeah, pictures quite often come in upside down. Of course all of them from our Aussie members are that way. Must happen when they cross the equator!![]()

Occasionally I fix mine on my computer to be right side up, but when I have moved them to the AH report they come in sideways or upside down. Then a monitor comes in and corrects them. I dont know why they upload that way, but they do. Computers! You just can’t trust them!Mine are upside down? So when I edit them, and rotate, that doesn't save?
I crimped mine just behind the first band at a COAL of 3.160 inches. Worked great. I used H414, which did give my 30-06 using Barnes TTSX some accuracy issues at higher temperatures than my usual Alaska temps, but I had no issues at all with it in 375 Ruger and these bullets.Solid Copper with a brass plunger that uses Pneumatic pressure to initiate expansion. Since they are designed for the handloaders, and for crimping, I crimped behind a band, so there is zero chance of set back. Here is my .375 Ruger.
