Wisconsin wolf numbers are listed at over 1000 as of last year with wolves killing more deer than hunters in the northern counties.Don't forget the LARGE population of wolves in northern Minnesota and to a lesser extent in Michigan and Wisconsin. They've been dealing with wolves since the early '90s?
I grew up in Michigan's U.P. and northern wisconsin.
I have family with a small piece of land but most of them barely hunt anymore as they see more wolves than deer.
Hunting was legal in Wisconsin 2012 and 2013 with over 250 wolves killed both years.
