Well, being Canadian myself I guess I should leave my igloo every now and then and take my dog sled team into town a day or two away to see if there's any truth to that. Because I've never heard of people eating horse in Canada! I have heard that it's common in Europe though. A Swiss friend of mine had told me that.Good question! I had to ask the boss.
