As is my tendency every 12-18 months, I clean my office and safari room to tidy up. In the process, I find spare stuff I don't need and plop it all into this venue as a virtual safari yard sale.

I'll ship via FedEx ground in the lower-48 states. Payment via Paypal F&F, Venmo, Zelle, Chase Bill Pay, or very reluctantly by a personal check. Cashiers checks and money orders are unwelcome. (I'd rather receive a bad check than a good postal money order!)

Without further ado, here's the winter 2024 yard sale:

Home decor, Zebra hide and buffalo leather pillows. Nice zippered backs, very well done. $150 for the pair and $15 shipping.

Roadtrip and travel entertainment: A pocket guide of the perfect shot, the Perfect Shot flash cards, and the fantastic Wanderings of an Elephant Hunter audiobook by WDM Bell. All are new old stock. $45 with free shipping for the trio.

Exotic Rifle Slips. One is Giraffe, the other is Blue Wildebeest. Both accommodate scoped rifles with ample space. $450 w/ free shipping for the giraffe, $325 for the the blue wildebeest w/ free shipping.

Leica D-Lux (Typ 109) Digital Camera. Includes box, papers, cleaning pen, flash, memory card, charger, leather field cover, auto-close lens cover, etc. Paid over $1500 all-in, used it on one safari. It takes stunning photo and video. Includes a bunch of software as well. $800 w/free shipping.

Black elephant cross draw knife sheath, new and unused. Rubber lined. Fits Von Gruff knives beautifully as well as the ESEE bushcraft knife and many others. $80 and $15 shipping. Also shown, small bore ammo belt slider made of elephant leather I believe, but might be textured cap buffalo? They hold small bore 30 cal or 7mm cartridges. New and unused, $20 if I can slip it in with any other item you're purchasing.

Hand carved European taxidermy back. I imported a bunch of these from Eastern Europe and have one to spare. They work great for skull cap mounts, boar or warthog tushes, and tiny-ten shoulder mounts. Has a nail hanger inletted on the back. $135 w/ free shipping.

TAG Safari ladies Bush Jacket and ladies sleeveless safari blouse. New and unworn. Made in Zimbabwe. $100 w/ free shipping for the pair.

Man-room memorabilia: Box of 5 original 500NE kynoch rounds, $45. Partial Box of 375HH Flanged, 3 loaded, one fired $30. One box of 5 original 470NE kynoch rounds $45. Buy all three for $120 and I'll ship them free.

In the cool but not photographed department: Gun Barrels!

1.) Stainless Steel Ruger 77/17 barrel in 17HMR. It was match quality, shooting baby aspirins at 100 yards off cocktail straws. I decided to buy a new barrel for huge money hoping for even more accuracy but it was the same sub-moa, but not better. $100 plus $15 shipping.

2.) Dakota Model 10 gun barrel, unused. In 260 Remington. I believe it was made by Douglas for Dakota. I had the gun rebarreled in another caliber and never fired this barrel. $185 and $15 shipping.

I’ll take the Kynoch ammo.

I’d like the camera sending PM

I think everything from the yard sale sold today, other than the sheath and belt slide. I'm going to go into my storage rooms and create a Part II auction tomorrow with more Afro-bilia, man cave ammo boxes, and knickknacks to complete the office cleaning.

FYI, you never know what people want. I'm dumbfounded the elephant leather knife sheath didn't sell. Truly. But its all good.

Thanks for looking, friends!
