I come across a deal and couldn’t resist… plus I’ve always wanted this caliber. Prior to this my largest caliber rifle is my Tikka 300 Win Mag. Wonder how this is going to compare??

Winchester Model 70 Super Express in .375 H&H. Still doing a little research on the serial number, going to call Winchester and see what info they have.

A great rifle in a great caliber! You are going to love it!

I enjoy mine, I am sure you will love yours. They are a little on the heavy side with scope and ammo. Getting ready to put it in a new upgraded wood stock and shortening the barrel. I have a few other Model 70, a custom 404 Jeffery, 300 HH and 270 WSM. Get yours out and shoot it!

I’ve got the same rifle, you’ll love it. I’ve got a Trijicon Accupoint 1x6 paired with it and have made 5 yard jump shots all the way out to 250. Mine loves Barnes TSX 300gn.

Nice find, congrats! As a previous Tikka owner in .300WM and a current M70 .375HH owner, I think you'll find the recoil of the .375HH fairly easy to get used too. The Tikka in that caliber is quite, let's say, lively. You'll notice the increase in recoil of the .375 I'd guess, but the weight of the rifle eats it up.

I think you'll enjoy this rifle! If not, please contact me and I'll do what I can to offload your misery.... :)

Almost exactly what I was going to say! Same model, same caliber, Trijicon Accupoint, factory Barnes 300gn ammo. Perfect. You'll love it.

Congratulations, enjoy taking it to Africa!

Thanks guys, I look forward to getting glass on it and pulling the trigger!

How does the Trijicon compare to the Vortex Razor or Leupold Patrol?

Can't answer your question, mine wears a Nikon.

Bomb proof and better glass……of course I am prejudice. I’ve used Trijicon in the Middle East down range, on both my work rifle and pistol daily and on all my personal platforms. I bet my life on that brand every day.

Thanks for the feedback, I’ll def take a look at them.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
