Jeff is high end. He owns 777 Ranch in Hondo Texas as well and features a variety of North American and exotic game. It's not Africa, but I hunt his ranch and have no problems with anything. Any high end hunt is exclusive with restrictive clauses. The up-front money the PH has to pay has conditions attached to it as well.

The phs and guides community is not so big.Jeff Rann has a great reputation and is one of the greatest double rifle experts on the world. Perhaps its a bit expensive compared with other outfitters .
