Honestly not virtue signaling but happy to get both of these. Hoping to get Eagle Rare 17 and William LaRue Weller eventually. The Van Winkles will be tough. Would love to find a Pappy 15 year. Waiting for @CZDiesel to come along with another nice countertop spread, lol.
You’re speaking my language lol Very Nice!!! The 10yr is awesome and the Handy has won the World Whisky Fairs “Best Rye” award! Both are great bottles!
I have only acquired this one this week, a nice Old Fitzgerald…
Keep up the good work!

Ohio had three bottle lotteries last week for Weller Millennium, OFC and Double Eagle Very Rare, which are above my pay grade. Consolation prize if you waited in line and suffered in the sun and heat was this EH Taylor. I owe my brother a decent meal for this one.

New bottle drop this week but not yet allocated here was this Penelope 17 yr American Light Whiskey, nearly hazmat. Looking forward to trying eventually. Traded a Blantons Gold for the Old Forester Single Barrel Rye and another Old Fitz 7 year.

Wife and wife each picked out a whiskey this afternoon. I’ll let you guess who picked what. ;)

Sounds like you have two wife’s Beemaa…I am so impressed…why have I only met one? lol!!!

I was supposed to put an "I" where that second "wife" ended up...but obviously that didn't happen. Still just one wife, LOL.

BTW - The Oak & Eden tastes like Christmas. Very spicy with cinnamon notes and very full flavor. Needs a touch of water to open it up, but it's just screaming for a cold day and warm fire. We may shelf this one until winter, but it's absolutely amazing.

Some pics of the former Seagrams / MPG / now Ross & Squibb Distillery. I was able to conduct emissions testing on the big boiler stack a few times long ago. Lawrenceburg,
Indiana.

Never seen this HiWest offering in Ohio until today, not allocated, just sitting on the shelf. Haven't had this for several years.

I will try a bottle of that my friend. Thanks!

Sir, I will gladly take that 16 gauge off your hands. I was waiting for your Winchesters but I'm a sucker for a 16 ga.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
