Where Would You Shoot This Buffalo?

I'm enjoying these "analyze the shot" threads as well. Would like to see more. Hippo & Croc are on my list in the next few years. .

Red dot and maybe front edge of red dot. I can not tell you how much I learned from the life size buffalo targets from safari press before my hunt. They have the vitals on the back side. You can shoot then turn it over and see where you would have hit. The buffalo's heart sits a good bit lower than I thought. My original idea for shot placement would have been too high, still in the lungs but not a heart shot. Same thing with elephant hunting DVD's by Buzz Charleton. Both of those training aids greatly contributed to a very successful first safari for me.
He was quartering to me just slightly at about 25yds.
