Video seems strange, the guy closest to the action didn't act right. Im not saying this didn't happen but the video looks odd to me. Just my two cents, I enjoyed it either way lol

That is my understanding, if it wanders onto land where you have legal access.
 
I've been intrigued by a few cougars, but haven't taken the shot.

I guess I've been smart enough to avoid the bait after getting downwind of Chanel #5.

The cougars you have been interested in have all been at the local bar.
In Australia we call it mutton dressed as Iamb to attract some poor unwitting toy boy.
These cougars can be expensive to hunt as well but some succumb the a few pricey cocktails and the game is over without a fair chase.
