My son, daughter and myself are headed to Zim. in July 13 to hunt buffs. We are overnighting in Harare then heading south for what I am being told is a 6-8 hour ride. (Sounds like fun) We are arriving in Harare on the 9:20 PM flight, the idea of only getting a few hours sleep and then riding for 6-8 hours isn't very appealing to me anymore, maybe when I was younger but now so much. Anyway I was thinking about moving our flight ahead 1 day and spending an extra day in Harare. I was wondering what you guys think of that plan and if you had any suggestions on what we could or should see or do while there. As always your help and advice is greatly appreciated.

JD glad to hear your taking the family along, who is the PH that you'll be hunting with?

In Harare the is a massive water crisis so do not be surprised if you do not have running water.Hoenstly not much to see unless you into run down cities etc.Try spend all your time in the bush.

JDH,

Where will you stay while in Harare?

It is not a bad ride ride. I have ridden from the Save up to Harare and have always found traveling in Zim quite interesting. we have also done much longer trips to the Omay and have enjoyed them.

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service. Ordered some 9.3x62 brass and the delivery was a little short. An email through your website Contact Us link was replied to the next day with the tracking info for the correction. Good pricing coupled with great customer service will see returning customers every time. Thanks again!
