Interesting animal! Have not seen one of these. Doesn't look that much different from my red hartebeest so I couldn't tell them apart.

Nice, I'm jealous, he is very nice!

Here are some pictures of Western Hartebeest from Benin.
You can find this specie in Benin, Burkina faso and Cameroon.
Do you know that it is the largest hartebeest of the 5 huntable species on license.
The weight of a big bull can reach 220 kg (485Ibs). I it a gregarious specie (up to 25 animals) with one mature bull. Bachelor herd and lone bull is common and it is usually what we look for. As you know it is a strong animal and one have to use a good caliber.

Enjoy some pictures

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
