Still looking I had one offer but it had sites and I’m wanting to thread it for a suppressor.

They can thread a barrel with sites easy. Once the front site is removed all the is left is a 2mm stud that is just cut off. Blaser will even remount new sites for free. I’ve done it

There steel is harder than normal most gunsmiths don’t like working with them.

Silencer Central did mine for $99.00 and they send a ship box to you for barrel . They did not say anything about steel being harder than others. They give you a thread protecter.
They also have all the adapters you need. Real easy and great pricing.

Not looking to get rid of my threaded 16.5" .308 barrel (love it), but am curious what caliber and length the one with sights was, as I might trade for that.
