As the title states I'm looking for a scope with a German #2 reticle. My wife's rifle was damaged in shipping and the scope was beyond repair. Straight 4 X is great, variable is good too. She is really fond of this reticle for some reason.
Thank you.

I’m not sure what your definition of affordable is, but I’ve had good success with the Trijicon TR 24 1-4X. It’s available with a German (#4) reticle. There’s also a 1-6 model available with the same reticle design. It’s not cheap, but it’s solidly built, has good glass, and is considerably less expensive than some of the European scopes which offer German reticles.

Just to confirm - is this the

reticle?

contact the leupold custom shop. tell them what you are looking for. they will be able to price out a custom scope for you.

What brand is the scope? A lot of manufacturers have pretty good warranties. Might ship it back and see; the worst they can do is say no.

I have an old Weaver K4 scope on a 30-06. It has the "post and crosshair" type reticle that looks very similar to the German #2. The Weaver K4

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
